EthnoVogueUa

All the costumes are authentic and selected from private collections. Specially for the Independence Day there were chosen the festive costumes of country people of the end of the XIX — the beginning of the XX century from Slobojanschyna, Bukovyna, Polissya, Hutsulschyna and other regions.

The project is made with support of the National Center of Folk Culture “Ivan Honchar Museum”.

Dedicated to the Independence Day of Ukraine the project called «EthnoVogueUA» was launched by Vogue.ua with support of Ukrainian Institute of Fashion History. As part of the project the video was produced. It tells about the beauty and the splendor of the national Ukrainian costumes of the end of the XIX — the beginning of the XX century.
